As an EPS Call Center Sales Manager your main responsibility will be to lead and cultivate a high-performing team that focuses on solution selling and providing world-class customer service, with the goal of achieving service sales goals.  While also ensuring that the organization is equipped with a workforce that can optimize current and future goals and objectives and deliver quality services that can meet client needs. You will play a leadership role in championing EPS company values and commitments.

What you will do:

  • Follow your team members’ employment life cycle by pursuing, recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining talented associates for key roles while setting clear performance expectations
  • Create a culture of consultative selling with an emphasis on developing ongoing professional relationships
  • Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement and purposeful planning
  • Develop and utilize systems to track, measure and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics
  • Maintain accountability for results within the easy tech and mobile area
  • Implement new systems and software to ensure productivity and accountability
  • Partnering with other managers to champion a customer-centric environment
  • Overseeing the timely completion of required training for all call center / dispatcher associates
  • Performing your role and additional responsibilities to the best of your ability while exhibiting professionalism
  • Develop new skills in employees, manage the learning function, maximize employee retention and asses or measure the results of the training program
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis before undertaking a training assignment, to determine what needs to be learned by the employees or team, and how to prioritize the learning
  • Engaging and inspiring team members to achieve maximum performance by modeling behavior that fosters a sense of energy, ownership, teamwork, and personal commitment

What you will need to be considered:

At a minimum, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or meaningful sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales and call center management experience
  • Ability to create new processes and provide training
  • Experience with communicating ideas and concepts to influence leadership team
  • Collaborate well in a team environment and develop strong relationships
  • Utilize analytics to evaluate performance, market opportunities and impact business performance
  • Provide innovative & creative solutions to business challenges
  • Strong dedication to individual growth and leadership development
